Kandl, operated by Keraosity Academy, is currently free to use — no payment is required and no payment details are collected, so there is nothing to refund.
If we introduce paid plans
Should Keraosity Academy offer paid plans in the future, every purchase will come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Kandl isn't right for you, you will be able to request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.
How to request a refund
Refunds for any purchase are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you paid with, or email us at support@kandl.app and we'll arrange it for you.
Your learning data
Whether the Service is free or paid, your learning data stays yours. You can export it at any time from the account page, and deleting your account removes it. See Paddle's Refund Policy for the full terms that would apply to any purchase.
